Join us today and find a rewarding job with the support you deserve.Responsibilities : Weld metal parts using MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, sanding, and cleaning prior to welding.Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with standards.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.Collaborate with other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.Perform routine maintenance and repair of welding equipment.Requirements : Proven experience as a welder in a commercial and Industrial construction environment.Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.Strong understanding of welding safety practices and guidelines.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.Physical stamina and manual dexterity.Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CWB) is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently or in a team, and under tight deadlines.COME JOIN US!!
