Role Overview
We're seeking ambitious Venture Scouts or Startup Partnership Managers to identify and bring promising startups to our platform for fundraising and business development services.
Compensation Structure
- Base : competitive salary after successful deal closure
- Success Fee : 5-10% of the revenue generated from successful deals
- Additional incentives for long-term client relationships
- Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
Key Responsibilities
Identify and screen potential startups seeking funding (Seed to Series A)Build and maintain relationships with startup foundersPresent Power Nest Talent's value proposition to potential clientsFacilitate initial meetings between startups and our fundraising teamSupport basic due diligence processNetwork at startup events and entrepreneurship forumsMaintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leadsRegular reporting of scouting activities and lead statusRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA / PGDM preferred)Understanding of startup ecosystem and fundraising landscapeKnowledge of various business models and industry verticalsPreferred Experience
2 years in startup ecosystemPrevious experience in business development or salesNetwork within startup communityUnderstanding of fundraising processesExperience in deal sourcing / lead generationEssential Skills
