Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits
- Verify patient insurance and gather necessary information for billing
- Assist with patient intake forms and update medical records
- Assist and direct patients to appropriate areas for care
- Help prepare patients for chiropractic treatments and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Coordinate with the chiropractor and other staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or wellness environments is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vital signs and patient monitoring techniques.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
