Job Summary
The Warranty Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating warranty service calls, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring warranty claims are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process warranty service requests from customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, availability, and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including service reports, parts orders, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and warranty coverage details.
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely processing of warranty parts and claims.
- Provide administrative support to the service department, including data entry and documentation.
