SUMMARY
This position plays a critical role in providing an interface between the customer, the Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones by 2nd ring.
- Review & respond to new VM’s & email.
- Check -in with Account Managers at the beginning and end of shift.*minimally.
- Perform pre-billing tasks including checking and filling out all required company and customer forms and checklists, and obtaining required pictures
- Create invoicing for client as required, and review and resolve any rejected billing.
- Create all required support documentation for repairs including invoicing, reconciliation, and collecting on past due invoices.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Self-directed and enjoys contributing to a team.
- Experience in high level of customer service required.
- One to three years’ experience in a web based, windows environment background a .
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new and proprietary software.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00
