Power Pro Sales, is seeking a qualified Industrial Sales Professional to join our ABB Motors & Mechanical team in the Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate will work closely with our distributors and OEM customers, in various industry segments. A strong understanding of the sales process and excel in generating leads, relationship-building, and closing deals. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting solutions effectively to customers.
To succeed, the candidate must become well-versed in our market approach and extensive product offerings to deliver value to our customers. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to maintain our CRM system.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain existing accounts, as well as establish new accounts
- Monitor and maintain account details
- Daily travel to assigned territory
- Create sales targets and business plans to execute
- Forecast sales and develop strategies
- Develop strategic pricing structures while adhering to established pricing principles and guidelines
- Meet customer driven timelines and requirements
- Facilitate project opportunities
- Understand the market, products, and business outlook of the industry
- Hit and exceed provided sales goals
- Create and execute initiatives to better serve our customers
- Ability to build and develop long-lasting customer relationships
- Use critical thinking to help solve customers issues and concerns
- Follow up on "leads" and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and tech support teams to provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date with latest products and internal trainings
- Utilize SAP Software
- Utilize MONDAY's & Sales Force as primary CRM tools to track and manage customer relationships, sales activities, and progress
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI reporting
- Monitor daily phone calls and emails
Requirements/Skills:
- Proven sales experience
- Background in industrial electric motor field (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (required)
- Excellent personal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ethical/moral sales principles
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Salary : $65,000 - $105,000
