What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Expert: HPC position at Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies?
The Technical Expert / Functional Expert (HPC) must possess the following skills and
experience :
10 years' experience (with degree or 15 without) in a large and complex IT environment providing industry and government recognized functional expertise with the following skills :
- Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level troubleshooting and support of high performance file systems such as XFS, GPFS and Lustre.
- Advanced level troubleshooting and support of HPC farm systems and associated applications such as Nagios, xcat, failover software, and compilers.
- Working knowledge of HPC MPP systems.
- Configuration, tuning, testing and advanced level troubleshooting and support of distributed computing tools such as RES, LSF, and SLURM.
- Configuration, tuning, testing, and advanced level troubleshooting of RedHat and Suse operating systems.
IAT Level II Certification Required

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $140,700 - $265,500
