Position : Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Department : Accounting
Direct Report To : Director of Finance & Accounting

Our clients include some of the largest automotive, appliance, aerospace, and heavy truck manufacturers across North America. Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable (AP) :
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Manage expense reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting for AP
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
General Accounting Support :
