Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the assembly process to ensure that products are assembled efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor the daily assignment activities of the assembly teams to ensure performance tasks are proficiently completed
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Ensure production targets are being met according to the schedule
- Responsible for identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions
- May require providing ongoing training existing staff to improve their skills and efficiency
- Implement and adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications:
- Requires experience in production or manufacturing processes
- Requires experience in supervising production or manufacturing staff/team members
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
