We are seeking a Document Reproduction Clerk to join our team. You will be tasked with assisting in managing document production schedules and ensuring the quality of reproduced materials. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in meeting deadlines and fulfilling department requests within Powercon.
Responsibilities:
- Support in daily office operations and document reproduction services.
- Managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, producing printed materials, and ensuring efficient workflow for reproduction needs.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution
- Maintain organized records, both digital and physical
- Support with special projects and tasks as assigned
- Operate office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and binders
- Produce high-quality printed and bound materials according to specifications
- Maintain logs of work completed and track usage of reproduction services
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with email correspondence; knowledge of Adobe is a plus
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 - 50lbs.
- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
- Repetitive motion (e.g., bending, lifting, and reaching) related to reproduction tasks
