Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing electronic components and ensuring product quality. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, mechanical, or functional tests on products and components following standard procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain test equipment and machines.
- Record test data accurately and maintain detailed documentation of test results.
- Identify and report any deviations, defects, or irregularities in the test process.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of test equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the quality and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of testing equipment and procedures.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts and operate testing equipment.
