Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Repair and maintain doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components.
- Assemble furniture, install appliances, and perform minor renovations as needed.
- Paint and patch walls to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Document completed work and report any additional repairs needed to management.
- Collaborate with other team members as assigned to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience and portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in various repair techniques including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
