We are seeking a highly motivated experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Program machine settings using CNC controls
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- Current or previous experience as a Press Brake Operator
- Proficient in operating press brake machines and related equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with CNC controls and programming
- Knowledge of tooling, GD&T, stamping press, milling machine, plasma cutting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
