Responsibilities
- Complete quote requests
- Review specifications
- Request quotes for purchased material
- Generate pricing, Generate quotation document
- Enter new orders
- Pricing
- Enter change orders
- Follow up with open questions/responses between end user & engineering on active projects
- Multitask current projects simultaneously
- Provide timely submittals
- Provide updates regarding shipment/changes to customers
- Inform engineering/shop departments with design, build & ship gear
- Project management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word
- AutoCAD (is a plus )
- Critical thinking
- Communication Organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to cooperate with vendors and in house production planning
Skills:
- Previous Sales Experience is a plus
- Proven track record of success in a sales role
- Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and company value
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as objection handling, closing strategies, and consultative selling approaches is a plus
- Ability to acquire thorough knowledge and understanding of the company's products/services
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt t industry trends
- Requires results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding department goals/targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to maximize productivity
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success
- Comfortable using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience with estimates is a plus
