RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Out of town/overnight travel
- Positive Attitude - We love happy employees!
- Be the face of the company when interacting with customers
- Manage aerial underground and splicing crews
- Conduct onsite job and safety training to build a strong workforce
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate project completion
- Manage prints, daily reports and close out procedures for jobs
- Ability to work outside year round in various weather conditions
Must haves:
- Out of town/overnight travel
- Positive Attitude - We love happy employees!
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to take direction/willingness to learn
- Ability to use various software
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work outside year round in various weather conditions
Experience:
- Experience in aerial and underground coax and fiber construction
- Proficient in new build, splicing, fiber installation, and pole transfers
- Knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, vertical grounds, building and repairing aerial telecommunication lines
- Ability to lift or pull up to 75 pounds
