Electrical Service Manager

PowerHouse Home Services is looking for a DRIVEN LEADER who can MOTIVATE, TRAIN, and DRIVE our Electrical Service and Generator Service Team to maximize revenue, lead generation, and profitability! This individual will work closely with the GM and Owner to coach technicians, enhance performance, and build a highly productive service department.

A proven track record in managing a residential electrical service department is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented leader with the ability to optimize technician performance and drive business growth.

Job Goal

Achieve revenue, lead generation, and gross profit goals by developing a high-performing team of technicians through coaching, training, and process optimization.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
Bonus Potential : Up to $120,000 per year (performance-based)

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of service electricians to achieve sales, lead generation, and profitability goals.

Drive technician performance through daily training, ride-alongs, and real-time coaching.

Implement and track KPIs to improve technician conversion rates, upselling, and customer experience.

Ensure technicians identify and generate leads for additional service opportunities.

Monitor service call performance to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Work with the dispatch team to ensure optimal scheduling and job assignments.

Ensure all service work is completed efficiently, with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Manage technician incentives and performance-based pay plans to drive motivation and results.

Maintain high standards for fleet readiness, safety, and professional appearance.

Develop new strategies to improve sales and profitability.

Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Skills

5 years of experience in the electrical service industry in a leadership or operational role.

Minimum 2 years of management experience leading a service team.

Proven ability to coach, train, and develop technicians into high performers.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals.

Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and department performance.

Technical knowledge of residential electrical systems and service best practices.

Experience with ServiceTitan, Nexstar, and google business tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays as needed.

Highly organized and results-driven.
