Role Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Actively develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand their unique insurance needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive the sales process from inquiry to closure. Engage in effective prospecting through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of our insurance products and stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes. Use this knowledge to confidently advise clients and tailor insurance solutions to their needs.
- Policy Management and Administration: Oversee all aspects of the insurance policy lifecycle from initial setup, modifications, renewals, and claims handling, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Team Involvement: Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline client service processes and improve overall business performance. Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation: Monitor market conditions, analyze competitor activities, and client feedback to recommend strategies that enhance market position and customer engagement.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, maintaining the integrity of client interactions and transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Licensed professionals with up to 3 years of experience in insurance.
- Skills: Strong sales aptitude, excellent communication, and a client-first approach.
- Qualifications: Must hold a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license in Colorado.
