Position Overview: Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for customer service? Pro Auto Spa is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our business, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our range of services to ensure an exceptional experience. You will also be our company representative in the community while engaging in various events.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their automotive detailing and customization needs. Provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations on services and products offered by Pro Auto Spa.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Effectively communicate the value propositions of various detailing and customization services to clients. Drive sales by offering tailored solutions that meet individual customer preferences and budget requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive detailing techniques, products, and trends. Educate clients on available services, materials, and technologies to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout their experience with Pro Auto Spa. Follow up on service inquiries, address concerns, and handle any post-service issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration: Liaise with the detailing and customization teams to ensure accurate service delivery and manage client expectations. Coordinate with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage sales transactions, scheduling, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and assist with administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
● Passion for automobiles and a strong understanding of car detailing, paint protection, and customization.
● Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.

● Ability to effectively listen to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
● Proficiency in scheduling and using customer management systems.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
Schedule:
The position requires a varied schedule. Majority with be 8am-5pm. You will need to be available some evenings and Saturdays.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is based on experience and is negotiable. Pro Auto Spa values its employees and offers competitive compensation packages commensurate with skills and expertise. Base salary is offered between $32,000- $40,000 per year. Additional compensation schedule based on revenue generated is applied beyond the base salary.
