Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor that can work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complete title process. Qualified candidate will need at least 3 years experience with completing title commitments, title clearing, processing and balancing for funding. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth transactions for our clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze title documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary information for loan processing.
- Process loan applications from origination through closing, maintaining detailed records throughout the process.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills to input data accurately into the system.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify financial information related to loans and contracts.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the processing of titles.
Requirements
- 3 year Plus Title Processing Experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Qualia Software a plus but not required.
