The Accounts Receivable Specialist provides financial administrative support and is responsible for all transactions related to the company's accounts receivable. This position will be accountable for all AR processes and workflows which lead to the timely collection of Powerhouse customers.

Requirements :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable Essential Skills
Minium Qualifications :
2 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience with the construction, facility maintenance, and exterior services industry accounting preferred.
Technical Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required
Great Plains software experience preferred
Work Environment / Physical Requirements :

This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples : business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
