Key Responsibilities
I. Publishing and Operational Management
- Amazon: Establish and maintain agreements with Amazon to ensure optimal distribution and visibility.
- Booksellers: Build relationships with Ingram and local booksellers to expand distribution networks.
- PR Campaigns: Recruit and manage top-tier PR agency to enhance media exposure.
- Advertising Partnerships: Collaborate with agencies to design complementary advertising campaigns.
- Printing Coordination: Work with printers to manage the first run and subsequent reprints.
- Inventory Management: Monitor sales performance, track inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking.
II. Network Mobilization and Communication Campaigns
- Develop an omnichannel Campaign: Design and execute a comprehensive promotion and communication strategy to maximize outreach and impact.
- Organize Media Events: Plan and execute high-profile media events and academic colloquia at major universities, collaborating with renowned scientists and thought leaders.
- Leverage Network: Engage and mobilize to support and amplify the campaign.
