- Develop and lead a high-performing supply chain team to drive business results.
- Oversight of the procurement process, including vendor management, negotiation, and compliance.
- Create and implement efficient supply chain processes to maximize performance.
- Instrumental in sourcing domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Inventory management, including stock balancing and minimizing Days on Hand (DOH) to conserve free cash flow.
