Overview
The HR Generalist (Operations) plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing key human resources functions including, daily operations, key administrative processes, supporting HR systems, and providing data-driven insights. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement to enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies:
HR Operations & Process Management
- Strong understanding of HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ability to manage and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Experience handling employee data, HR metrics, and compliance reporting.
- Ability to analyze HR trends and generate reports that drive decision-making.
Systems & Technology Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with any HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, UKG, ADP, Oracle, BambooHR).
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for HR case management is a plus.
Employee Support & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to provide clear guidance on HR policies and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Compliance & Attention to Detail
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 99% accuracy in HR data and documentation.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to troubleshoot HR system or data issues and work with IT or HRIS teams to resolve them.
Project & Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting HR projects, such as system implementations or policy rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Familiarity with HR shared services models or global HR operations.
