We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Assistant - Phlebotomy to join our team at Powers Health. In this critical position, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens, urine, and other biological samples from patients in various settings. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure that all samples are properly collected, handled, and delivered to the laboratory for analysis.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collecting blood specimens, urine, and other biological samples from patients
- Handling and delivering specimens to the laboratory for analysis
- Performing incidental clerical, cleaning, and supply duties
Requirements include:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of accredited Phlebotomy certification program
- Registered or eligible with NPA/NCA/ASPT/AMT/ASCP
