Position Summary
The Operational Assistant enhances the effectiveness of providing Therapy Services, Audiology and Wound Ostomy support by providing patient, provider, staff, departmental, information management and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides front office reception; including patient scheduling, handles mail and updates office files.
- Prepares information or correspondence in final form.
Education/Experience
- A high school degree is required.
- Two to Three years of related office experience
- Operates a variety of office machines, type with proficiency, MS Word knowledge.
