We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including client communication, discovery, and court filings
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings and court appearances
- Work closely with partners and receive mentorship
- Engage in frequent client contact and collaboration with our litigation team
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of legal experience (a judicial clerkship counts)
- Licensed to practice law in Maryland
- Experience in probate or real property litigation preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to grow
- Highly driven and goal-oriented
- Focused on quality, detail, and deadlines
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and pushing cases forward
- Confident and composed in court and client interactions
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
- Monthly bonus plan tied directly to hours billed—earn more as you bill more
- Health insurance (firm covers 60% of employee premium)
