In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our large audience of potential consumers in navigating the possibility of purchasing a new or pre owned Off-Road Vehicle, Motorcycle, Scooter, Pontoon boat, Surf boat, Personal Watercraft, or ATV,
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet foot traffic as they visit the store.
- Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the machines .
- Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage previous and ongoing customers effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize our customer retention model for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong skills in lead generation and account management.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as customer retention software for sales tracking and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in conducting product demos and presentations is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
