Job Description Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute our overall marketing strategy and roadmap for digital campaigns and tactics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company website, primarily based on Shopify, as well as other key sales channels, including Amazon, Wal-Mart, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Essential Job Functions:

· Amazon Account Management: Manage and grow our Amazon account, overseeing both Fulfilled by Merchant (FMB) and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) channels.

Create and edit listings to optimize product visibility and sales performance.

· Marketing Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the Operations and Leadership Team to develop a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.

Provide strategic guidance on the format and structure of landing pages to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

· Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Possess a strong understanding of SEO principles and work closely with Google to optimize our website's search rankings.

Manage ad spend effectively to maximize ROI and enhance our online visibility.

· Brand Asset Creation and Distribution: Lead the creation and distribution of all brand assets, including graphics, digital content, and print materials.

Ensure consistency in branding across different marketing channels and materials.

· Marketing Spend Optimization: Analyze and optimize marketing spend tactics to achieve the best possible results within budgetary constraints.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Video Creation and Presentations: Create engaging short videos and presentations when necessary, showcasing products, promotions, or company updates.

Comfortable presenting in front of a camera to convey key messages effectively. Additional Criteria for the Role:

· E-commerce Experience: A strong background in e-commerce, particularly in managing sales channels such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Shopify and other relevant platforms is a plus.

· Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics are important. Experience with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms is beneficial for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.

· Creative Skills: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box in designing compelling brand assets, including graphics, digital content, and videos, is valuable. Proficiency in relevant design software and video editing tools is advantageous.

· SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices is necessary for optimizing website content, improving search rankings, and driving organic traffic.

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas and strategies, and effectively engaging with customers through various digital channels.

· Adaptability and Multitasking: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to changes, learn new tools and techniques quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.

· Results-Driven Approach: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and measurable goals is important. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure accurate listings, compelling content, and consistent branding across different platforms and materials.

· Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently manage various projects and responsibilities.

· Continuous Learning: A passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing is highly beneficial. Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques is important for long-term success in the role.

Note: The specific criteria may vary depending on the company's requirements and the scope of the role.

Remote work

· As we strive to adapt to an evolving work environment. Remote work is available for this position two days a week, Mondays and Thursdays. This is not a full-time remote position. Candidate must be from the Greensboro area

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 per year

Schedule:

· 8 hour shift

· Monday to Friday

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

· Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid- Mondays and Thursdays(Optional Remote) Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday in office. (Greensboro NC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,801.00 - $65,000.00 per year
