PowerTech is seeking a multidisciplined individual to join our growing maintenance division. This position with work with our experienced crews to complete a wide array of maintenance tasks for different job sites.

· Starting at $23/per hour with substantial upside for experience and skill

· ·$2,500 sign on bonus

Duties include:

· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems as needed.

· Address maintenance requests promptly, including repairs to building infrastructure, equipment, systems and fixtures.

· Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

· Conduct routine maintenance work

· Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

· Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, grounds and parking areas to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards and cleanliness issues.

· Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)

· Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.

· Maintain a clean work site and be safety oriented in all situations and environments.

· Communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

· Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, including OSHA standards, accidents, dangerous fluids, chemical, etc.

Qualifications:

3 years of facility maintenance experience is required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites, required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· May require after-hours due to emergencies

Work Location:

· Multiple locations

· Must be willing to travel 50%, required.
