Your Key Contributions:
- Master simple computer operations and engage effectively with customers over calls.
- Efficiently address customer parts inquiries by processing sales orders.
- Coordinate with the service team to meet customer expectations.
- Assist in managing system-based orders through the sales department.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure order documentation is complete.
- Generate required reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Oversee parts returns and handle warranty processing.
- Maintain precise inventory of the parts stock, with handling of physical component retrievals.
- Accept a variety of responsibilities as assigned to support team endeavors.
Ideal Experience and Education:
- Completion of high school or equivalent educational achievement.
- Three or more years in a similar position within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Possess superior customer service skills.
- A self-starter who can also collaborate effectively within a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Handling of shipping and receiving operations with solid inventory control experience.
- ERP and CRM system proficiency is highly beneficial.
