Responsibilities Include:

- Assist in problem-solving around assembly issue areas.
- Mark and drill assembly components.

- Precisely fit and secure large machines and componentry.

- Drive continuous improvement ethos with Lean implementation.
- Communicate issues promptly and partake in actionable solutions.
- Mount and arrange parts like motors into frames integral to machinery.

- Construct custom machines per detailed engineering documents.
Knowledge & Eligibility:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years in manufacturing.
- Preference for those in or graduated from an apprenticeship program.
- Solid grasp of assembly methods, paired with understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Numerically adept for calculating tolerances.
- Blueprint and electrical diagram literacy essential.
- Keen eye for quality assurance checks.
- Experience with automated and manual machine tools.
- Analytical thinker ready to tackle assembly challenges creatively.
- Understanding of material and production processes maximizing efficiency.
- Tool-savvy with practical experience.
Tool Necessities:
Basic hand tools needed; ensure assemblers are equipped with wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, rachet sets, and measurements tools.
