Position Snapshot:
Serving as the Field Systems Support Coordinator, you will handle installations, train clients, and contribute to resolving technical dilemmas. You’ll collaborate with internal teams including Engineering and Sales, ensuring seamless service processes and communication around identified trends.
- Support and troubleshoot Power Test product installations and associated customer concerns.
- Facilitate insightful client interactions to understand and report their feedback.
- Prepare and present cost-effective service and parts solutions.
