What are the responsibilities and job description for the Designer (on-site) position at Powertex Group?
The Designer is responsible for all product concept development. Combining thorough brand/industry knowledge with current trend to create authentic branded merchandise. The designer then works with the rest of the product dev and creative team to bring those products to fruition in an efficient and quality driven manner.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Embraces company ETHOS values and weaves them into their day-to-day activities both internally and externally.
- Adheres to all requirements as outlined in the Employee handbook.
- Responsive in both internal and external communication. Answering inquiries within one business day.
- Attends any internal or external meets as assigned.
- Provides feedback to supervisors for any issues (good or bad) that arise.
- Identify target customer demographics and pair them with appropriate trends.
- Curate and present creative line presentations for prospective clients.

Proactively contribute to the creative wellness of the team by continually bringing new ideas, concepts, and
trends to the group. - Understand and assist in the scheduling process.
- Continually increase overall product quality.
- Learn/teach new processes and techniques.
- Play active role in decoration and product development innovation.
- Maintain an environment with a high sense of urgency in working with clients and sales reps.
- Execute projects related to the overall growth of the organization as directed
Qualifications and requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud
- Project/time management experience
- Detail orientated.
- Understands product construction and fit/spec requirements.
- An astute eye towards aesthetic and design.
- Desire to integrate company ETHOS into the foundation of our daily activities.
- Willing and able to support change initiatives for desired company level results.
- Carries a strong “Can Do” attitude
