Job Description:
Powerwell is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and the submissions of candidates.
To ensure success as a Recruiter, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch Recruiter understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview. In addition to the stated salary, commission, paid time off, 401(k), and health insurance are also being offered.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
· Communicating with the corporate team
· Posting job applications on social media and job sites
· Sourcing potential candidates
· Screening candidate résumés
· Assisting with résumé conversions
· Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements
· Conducting screenings
· Conducting interview prep sessions
· Submitting candidates
· Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
· Managing the résumé database
· Maintaining relationships with candidates
· Recruiter Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, business, communications, or similar field
· Previous experience working as a Technical Recruiter
· Strong understanding of information technology
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced interpersonal skills
· Critical thinking skills
· Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and webcam
· Excellent decision-making skills
· Good organizational skills
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
