Summary :
Powin is looking for a driven Sr Technical Service Program Manager to join our North America Service Team. This role is critical to developing and executing strategies to enhance scalability and boost operational efficiency within our service sector. The Sr Technical Service Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams, leverage data analysis and identify process improvement opportunities to deliver exceptional service to our customers and meet financial goals.
Job Details :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning project outcomes with customer needs and expectations
- Assess and refine current service processes to improve efficiency and lower operational costs, starting from internal all the way through to external procedures
- Collaborate closely with service field teams and cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives
- Develop and launch new products, processes, tools and resources that enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers, product engineering and field team members, driving continuous service improvements
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and define objectives and key performance indicators for service programs
- Design pilots, track and measure outcomes, iterate and launch solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
- Conduct financial analyses to pinpoint areas for cost savings and revenue growth, providing regular insights and reports to senior leadership. Adjust plans as necessary to meet critical deadlines and quality standards
- Plan and implement necessary augmentation projects to overcome degradation including introduction of new technology to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects meet customer satisfaction goals, drive service improvements and achieve on-time delivery and quality standards
- Create a warranty claims process, ensuring timely resolution, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering a seamless customer experience while minimizing claims turnaround time. Also, create a Warranty Program with systematic actions
- Create a streamlined customer experience from issue surfacing to issue resolution. Involving all necessary parties across Powin
- Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation for this position is commensurate with location, experience and relevant skills. The national Average Base Salary Range is $120,000-$165,000. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance. Additional Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Short-Term / Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, EAP, 401(k), Flexible Work Arrangements and more.
