Responsibilities:

Ensures the accuracy of regular payroll calculation with the pay roll system
Derives salary/wage reports from the system to support business analysis and controlling
Provides service to employee on payroll and benefits
Expertise in local social security and tax laws and regulations
Continuous development on lean and reliable payroll processes
Expertise in conducting his/her own area, ensures ownership for standardized processes, policies and related HR systems & tools including responsibility for governance, compliance and controlling demands and change requests
Supports administrative tasks in own area of expertise
Leads continuous improvement of processes, policies and related technology towards evolving business needs and efficiency
Explores and analyzes thought leadership information as well as global market and benchmark data
Manages external partners e.g. tax advisors, visa partners as well as the costs related to that expert knowledge

Qualifications:

College degree or above, ideally in HR related major
Over 3 years HR related work experience
Have specific qualification for area of expertise
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of labor and social law
Good at analytical and customer service orientation
Fluent in local language and good at written and oral English
Good understanding of HR IT systems with payroll and Information
