Position Overview
You will execute automation projects, ensuring they meet customer needs and requirements. This role involves project engineering, programming, and cultivating customer relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering and Programming: Execute projects based on customer specifications and needs.
- Technical Expertise: Specify control systems hardware and software per customer requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Interface and communicate effectively with various stakeholders including engineers, project managers, electricians, vendors, customers, and company leadership.
- Customer Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction through successful project execution and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years in the automation field.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in control system design, machine safety, PLCs, SCADA/Operator Interfaces.
- Knowledge and experience in drive systems, robotics, vision systems, and/or process control is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Capable of working independently or within a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
