HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
Ideal Mechanical is hiring a HVAC Service Dispatcher tomanage and schedule HVAC service work for our residential, commercial, andindustrial customers. The HVAC Service Dispatcher will report to the HVACservice operations manager. This position will require the candidate todispatch / coordinate incoming emergency service work with the field servicetechnicians while maintaining coverage for previously scheduled service workand jobs daily. Work with customers to address their needs and concerns in atimely fashion. Assist filed technicians with processes and workflows. Conduct business in accordance with PPC and Pieper Electric, Inc. missionand vision statements.
Responsibilities :
- Will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers and technicians
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling
- Create work orders with accurate descriptions and data entry
Assign service work to the field service technicians
