We are looking for an Operations Supervisor with ten years of experience to oversee our day-to-day operations. Incumbent will manage & oversee pet care staff and facility operations encompassing Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Pet Transportation, Training & Photography etc. They will build and sustain relationships with colleagues, subordinates, Pet Parents and the pet care support community. Incumbent will set schedules, oversee development, training, mentoring and recruit Pet Care Staff. PCOS will develop business production performance base models/scales for staff and will serve as an executive team member to generate plans, to build commensurate business lines & services.
Essential Responsibilities:
Candidates duties include: Measurable marketing to ensure facility is maximized at all times / overseeing routine daily care for animals while creating "forcing functions to ensure staff are promoting needed PPC offerings to pet parents to ensure their pets are fully cared for. Ensure facilities are sanitized at all times, properly operate and maintain equipment, ensure staff are observing pets appearance for physical condition; signs of illness, disease and discomfort; cleaning and disinfecting kennels as often as necessary; assist with the feeding and watering of the pets in our care; bathing guests; actively monitor pets during group activities and see to their safety and well-being; assist any other team member in the facility as needed; and properly document the behavior of our pet guests during their stay. Prepares budgets, provides technical guidance, management, and training to junior personnel. Supervises supply management and patient administration procedures.
