Residential Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to provide leadership, and mentorship the direct support staff and care for our residents in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in social work or home care, with a strong understanding of behavior management techniques. As a Residential Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents while promoting their independence and quality of life.

Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate direct support staff.

· Ensure PCSP are implemented and monitored in accordance with state and corporate standards for each client.

· Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and behavior incidents.

· Coordinate and communicate with other team members, including social workers and healthcare professionals.

· Always ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

· Drive residents to all appointments.

· Manage household systems such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or home care setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs of residents as required
