Your Mission

• Take charge of laboratory materials; solve quality issues, find root causes, assemble and interpret data, and take corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Analyze manufactured product samples to confirm they meet the established criteria.
• Enforce all Health and Safety protocols to ensure a risk-free workplace and reduce liabilities.

— Notify the Supervisor about any irregularities with coatings or lab equipment.

What We're Looking For

• A High School diploma or equivalent supported by over a year of industrial laboratory experience or thorough academic preparation in science and math.
• Necessary EHS training – covering aspects like emergency handling, hazardous waste management, fire safety, ergonomics, PPE use, and more, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work from Monday to Friday during 1st shift hours (1.00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) with the probability of extra hours.
