Material Handler Team Lead In Greenville SC

Starting pay is $21.96 / hour!!!

Day shift, Monday - Friday, 645a to 330p.

Overtime is offered as needed during the week and weekends.

As a Material Handler Team Lead you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide material handlers to ensure smooth workflow in receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries to and from production lines and storage areas.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by overseeing materials management processes, including tracking and reporting inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet manufacturing schedules and maintain product flow.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of materials.
• Maintain 5S standards in all areas of responsibility to promote an organized and efficient work environment.
• Address any material shortages, delays, or discrepancies, and work with the team to resolve issues promptly
