Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator specializing in Stucco & Painting. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, cost management, communication with stakeholders, and budgeting. The role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and in a team environment
- Experience with construction software and tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Certification in Construction Estimating is a plus
