The Make Ready / Pre-Delivery Inspection Specialist inspects the vehicle with a pending contract/sale and determines its readiness for delivery - while following an easy-to-understand checklist.

I-5 Digitally document all Make Ready / Blue Sheet Inspections using Go-Pro Camera. 8%

II SAFETY, TOOLS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Effectively complies with all safety, tools and other job-related requirements. 12%

II-1 Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 5%

II-2 Follow all safety, environmental and regulatory compliance protocols, policies and requirements. 4%

II-3 Maintain the hand tools required to efficiently complete assigned work. 3%

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle interior and exterior thoroughly.
• Verify all major components and options are functional.
• Check and add all fluids as necessary - fill fuel tank to designated levels.
• Support service team technicians.
• Ability to operate a forklift to transport trailers to and from service areas and lot as needed or re-arrange throughout the lot.
• Perform demonstrations of the RV’s to their new owners. (Putting Dreams in Driveways!)
• Show potential for growth and ability to learn RV repair techniques.
