Job Summary:

As an Investor Relations Administrator, you will be an integral part of our investor relations team, fostering strong relationships with investors and ensuring seamless communication between the firm and its stakeholders. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of private equity real estate dynamics.


Responsibilities:

    • Lead Management:
      • Responsible for daily communications to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
        1. Texting, emailing, phone calls to drive and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
        2. Primary focus on setting appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)
    • Investor Communication:
      • Act as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of investor satisfaction.
      • Regularly communicate fund performance, investment strategies, and any relevant updates to investors.
    • Documentation Management:
      • Oversee the efficient management of investor documentation, including subscription agreements, investor updates, and regulatory compliance documents.
      • Ensure accuracy and completeness of investor records, maintaining confidentiality and security.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
      • Generate and distribute periodic reports to investors, summarizing fund performance, financial metrics, and other relevant information.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.
    • Investor Onboarding and Accreditation:
      • Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, guiding them through required documentation and accreditation procedures.
      • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Meeting Coordination:
      • Assist in organizing and coordinating investor meetings, including annual meetings, conference calls, and special presentations.
      • Prepare materials and presentations for investor meetings.
    • Database Management:
      • Utilize CRM tools and databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date investor information.
      • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance database functionality.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with investors, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
      • Collaborate with the broader team to enhance the overall investor experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investor relations within the private equity real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and financial concepts.
  • Experience with phone sales and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
