We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Construction Project Manager Estimator to join our growing team in the Department of Transportation division. Your primary responsibilities will be project management functions, accurate cost estimates, research products, report preparation, and forecast monitoring. You will also oversee communications with your clients and conduct risk assessments.
Duties ]
- Responsible for estimating and managing bridge and road construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
