PPS is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Supervisor for our metal fabrication facility in Bedford. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits (including quarterly profit sharing bonus) and growth opportunities!
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all activities, production, and operations of powder coating department
- Maintains and ensures efficiency and quality of product
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves delays in operations
- Works with Ops Manager and other department leads to ensure product quality and on-time production
