Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects, including system migrations, digital transformations, and infrastructure rollouts. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience managing IT projects across various industries, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
IT Project Planning & Execution
· Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for IT projects such as system migrations, cloud implementations, and cybersecurity assessments.
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
· Ensure projects adhere to IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
· Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
· Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Facilitate regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and address project issues promptly.
Technical Oversight & Problem-Solving
· Oversee IT infrastructure projects, such as data center migrations, network upgrades, and application integrations.
· Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions.
· Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated into project deliverables.
Budget & Contract Management
· Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
· Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
· Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service delivery.
Process Improvement & Innovation
· Implement Agile, Prince2, or PMI methodologies to optimize project workflows.
· Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in IT project delivery.
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent.
Experience
· 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in IT services or Healthcare.
· Proven track record in managing:
o IT infrastructure projects (data centers, cloud migrations, network upgrades).
o Software development and integration projects.
o Cybersecurity or compliance-related initiatives.
· Experience with multivendor environments and contract negotiations.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello).
· Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
· Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise software.
Soft Skills
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
