Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is advantageous
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
