We design and manufacture state-of-the-art battery monitoring systems, proudly made in the USA, that help clients achieve mandatory NERC compliance while ensuring the reliability and maintenance efficiency of their DC power systems. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and process orders from new and existing clients.
- Build and manage relationships with partners nationwide, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple accounts and territories.
- Resolve potential overlaps or conflicts among partners, maintaining smooth
communication and collaboration.
- Provide product updates and information via email, mail, or phone as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product
launches.
- Stay informed about our product line, market trends, and competitors to provide expert
guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and maintain strong relationships with clients and
partners.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the battery monitoring, power, or energy sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
